What if my order is not confirmed automatically after the payment is sent?

If you order is not updated after you have sent the payment – please contact our telegram support along with the order and transaction ID . We will update it manually.

You do not need to give us your correct name, you can use any name on your order if you prefer to. There are some instances where you would need to give us your correct name like if you need to collect your order from your concierge.

All orders placed and payment cleared before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and should arrive the next day although royal mail are not always on time so please allow for 1-3 days.

The tracking system is in place for both our security. This is what we have to go off and the tracking is final, if it says delivered or attempted delivery or the tracking is tampered with such as you setting delivery to a neighbour or you have set it to be delivered somewhere else, we will not reship under any circumstances.

If the address is correct, there is no reason why you would not receive it.

Yes! We do not share any of our customers details only registered customers details are saved. Also our servers are held in a separate secure location if there is ever any breach we will destroy the data physically.

You are able to cancel your order just by not paying for it. Think twice before you pay. As soon as we receive the callback, there is no way your order can be canceled.
